Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: My pages don't print correctly. The right margin is cut off.
A: These pages are designed to display correctly at a resolution of 800x600. However, this resolution will often not print correctly on many printers. There is a link on all report pages to get a Printable PDF Version. This will allow you to download a file in Adobe® Acrobat® PDF format which should print correctly on any printer.

You can download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat reader at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

* Please note that the Printable PDF Version contains all available tests from all sections (Georgia Tests, Indicators, Demographics, National Tests) for the selected school or school system. There is no need to get a PDF from each section; the PDF is the same on all sections.

Q:Why do some of the graphs not show up on my Macintosh?
A: These graphics are in a PNG format. Internet Explorer 4.5 does not view PNG files.

You can upgrade your browser to Internet Explorer 5 for free at http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/ie/ie_default.asp?navindex=s7
